S-05 / Fit-out

Multi-niche agency rollout

Every client sub-account fitted from the right aisle, in one run.

This is the service only a depot with a broad catalogue can honestly offer. Agencies rarely serve one trade. You have a roofer, two clinics, a gym and a law firm, and fitting each one separately over six months is how agencies stall. We map every client to the right aisle, fit every sub-account in one run, and standardise the naming so the accounts are legible to whoever inherits them.

The run

How the job runs

No stage names for the sake of it. These are the actual steps, in the order they happen.

  1. 01

    Roster mapping

Every client matched to an aisle by pipeline shape rather than industry label, because a long-hold business and a transactional one need different machinery whatever the trade is called.

  2. 02

    Naming standard

One naming convention for workflows, pipelines, custom values and tags across every account, agreed with you before anything is built. This is the difference between a roster you can maintain and one you cannot.

  3. 03

    Batch fit

Every sub-account imported, fitted, filled and tested, in batches, with your team reviewing copy per client rather than per workflow.

  4. 04

    Operating manual

One document covering every account: which snapshot, which variations, which custom values, which integrations. Written for the person who joins your agency next year.

Scope

What ships in the crate

Clear boundaries are cheaper than an awkward conversation in week three. Here is exactly what your purchase covers and what gets its own quote.

Delivery

Within 1 to 2 business days

Your share link and install notes arrive by email within 1 to 2 business days of purchase confirmation. Weekend orders go out on the next business day.

Installation support

12 hours, within 14 days

Every purchase carries 12 hours of dedicated installation support, to be used within 14 days of purchase. Book it in one block or in short sessions as you work through the fit-out.

In the crate

Support for the snapshot itself and the automations inside it.

  • Getting the nine components live in your sub-account
  • Filling custom values, connecting calendars, numbers and sending domains
  • Adjusting any workflow that ships inside the crate
  • Adding a few more automations alongside the ones already there
  • Fixing anything in the snapshot that a GoHighLevel platform change breaks
  • Answering how-does-this-work questions about what you bought

The line sits where predictability ends. Everything inside the crate is ours to control, so it is covered. The moment work depends on another company's API, rate limits or release schedule, the effort stops being predictable, and pretending otherwise would mean either padding every price or quietly running out of goodwill.

Reviews

Dockets from the

Every order leaves a docket. This is the strip they hang on, newest to the left.

These are sample dockets. DFY Depot opened recently and has no verified customer reviews yet, so this shelf is stocked with clearly labelled placeholders rather than invented praise. No rating or review data is published to search engines while that is the case. Real dockets will replace these and will carry real names.

Questions

About Multi-Niche Agency Rollout

What if a client's trade is not on an aisle?

Then we fit the closest pipeline shape and adapt, and we tell you that up front rather than pretending there is a perfect match. A transactional trade fits a transactional snapshot even when the industry label is different.

Do you need access to all my client accounts at once?

No. We work in batches you control, typically three to five accounts at a time, so a client is never waiting on a queue they cannot see.
